POSITION SUMMARY
The MNCP Quality Specialist is responsible for reviewing build books to verify that all serial numbers are accurate and documentation is complete. This role involves entering non-conformance tags into the system, processing Return Authorizations (RAs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and participating in root cause analysis to identify and address any defects or damage to parts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Review build books and verify that serial and model numbers for all major components are accurate
- Ensure build books are properly and thoroughly completed
- Coordinate timely ordering of short or missing parts to maintain production flow
- Inspect and document parts, including photographing components as necessary
- Communicate professionally with vendors via phone and email
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA’s): The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
| Knowledge, Education, and/or Experience: - High School Diploma/GED required.
- MS Excel and Word knowledge preferred.
- 3 years of experience working in an office setting preferred.

| Skills: Language: - Able to read and work from blueprints/spec books.
- Able to follow written and verbal directions.
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Able to communicate effectively and accurately both verbally and through detailed technical writing.
Math: - Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Computer: - Able to work within or learn how to work within programs like Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Mas500

| Abilities: - Able to work professionally with all levels of the Rosenbauer organization, customers, and vendors.
- Able to maintain detailed and accurate records.
- Able to identify quality issues, recognize changes within the production process, and adjust as needed.
- Able to perform simple computer tasks to obtain information/changes related to the build process and/or troubleshoot.
- Able to prioritize work and to multitask while adhering to deadlines.
- Able to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
- Able to understand and follow all safety policies to promote a safe working environment for all.
