Position Overview
We are currently seeking dependable, professional Showing Assistants to help support our leasing team by facilitating showings, inspections, and move-in appointments during evenings and weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income with a flexible schedule, especially real estate licensees, students, retirees, or gig workers with strong communication skills.
What You’ll Do
Conduct property showings for prospective tenants
Perform move-in walkthroughs and document unit condition
Complete light inspections (pre-move-out or post-repair checks)
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects and team members
Maintain accurate records and submit documentation after each appointment
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and punctuality
Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule
Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
Evening and weekend availability required
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and smartphone
(Preferred but not required) Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management
