Providence House – Support Staff

Job Description:
Support Staff provide a safe and supportive recovery environment for residents undergoing substance use disorder treatment. This role involves direct resident care, supervision, and maintaining facility safety.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist residents with daily tasks

• Conduct safety rounds regularly

• Complete shift reports and clinical documentation

• Oversee facility and off-site house activities

• Monitor medication adherence and collect basic vitals

• Prepare meals as needed

• Perform light housekeeping duties

• Transport residents to meetings and medical appointments

Job Type:

• Full-time

• Swing shift (8-hour shifts)

Pay:

• Starting at $20.00 per hour

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
